topic Fusion deleted itself in Fusion Support Forum

I had just opened fusion [I have been using it for a while] and my pc froze with my antivirus doing a scan that took up 99% of my cpu. The computer crashed and I had no choice but to turn it off and on again. When I tried to open fusion again the shortcut looked blank and clicking it did nothing. I tried to view the shortcuts file location but nothing happened. I then tried searching all of my PC to find the fusion files but they had all disappeared as if fusion had deleted itself. I tried opening the installer but it said I already had the latest version running so I then downloaded the fusion clear app which said it cleared my PC of the files I tried again and the same happend. After trying again the installer just opens on the blank loading screen and nothing happens.

I cannot find any other fusion files or folders to remove, but also when trying to reinstall through a new redownloaded installer nothing happens.

Anyone got any ideas on what to do?

You may want to first configure your antivirus software to add an exception for Fusion 360.

As for the blank window when installing Fusion, it sounds similar to the issue in the below link. Could you give the below suggestion a try?

http://knowledge.autodesk.com/article/Blank-Autodesk-Application-Streaming-when-installing-Autodesk-Fusion-360

Thanks,
