Hello,

Since yesterday I cannot access some of my previous designed parts... I get the message below:

I uninstalled and installed back Fusion 360, but I still get the same error message...

Through the Fusion 360 mobile app, I have access to the parts, but not on my laptop.

Do you have any idea about what I can do?

Thank you for your help!

Lucas

It looks like you may need to restart Fusion to install an update (there's a "1" notification up in the toolbar in your screenshot). You may want to double check the Task Manager to make sure that all Fusion360.exe processes have been ended.

If that doesn't help, try restarting the computer.

See the below link for reference.

http://knowledge.autodesk.com/article/Error-failed-to-open-zip-package-it-is-probably-locked-by-another-program-in-Fusion-360

I hope that helps! Let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks,

Thank you for your answer!

Unfortunately, I just checked, my version is up to date and restart the computer does not help.

I do not know much about how it works but it seems to me as if there is some broken link between my laptop and the server... The part still exist since it is available from my mobile app but Fusion 360 on my laptop cannot access it.

Can you upload a copy of your diagnostic log files? Those may contain more information about the nature of the error.

You might also be able to go the dashboard and export an archive file that you could then re-upload.
