Parts list numbering not same as balloon numbers

While testing to make a set of drawings from a Fusion design I am having an issue with generating parts list and balloons.

The balloon numbers are not the same as the numbers shown in the parts list.

The drawings is made from a sub-assembly.

I'm sorry to hear that this issue has popped up on you! Unfortunately, I was unable to reproduce this issue on a simplified design of mine. For that reason, I believe that this behavior might be data specific. Would you mind sharing the design? We have a great article, linked here, that describes the many ways that you can share our designs to collaborate with others. For the purposes of troubleshooting this issue, I would recommend sharing a public link to the design. This will allow me to download the design to one of my projects and make modifications to the design during my troubleshooting while leaving it intact within your project.

If for whatever reason you can't share the link publicly on the forums, feel free to send me the link to the design in a private message.

Thanks for getting back to me and for sending that design along! With it, I was able to reproduce this issue quite easily. Definitely seems unintended, so I went ahead and logged this up for the development team to review. It has been logged as FDWG-8266 for your reference.

For now, you can manually re-number the balloons so that they match up with the item number in the parts list. The screencast below shows how to get this done.
