Printstudio print database error

Hi!

I am using Fusion 360 to create a design which I then take to printstudio to check för errors and then to simplify3d to my 3d printer.
But now Printstudio won´t open, just gets an error "there was a problem conecting to printdatabase. Clean up printdatabase and open again".

I don´t know how to clean printdatabase and haven´t fount anything to help me.

I tried to start Printstudio alone but get the same result!

I went to add remove program and tried to remove from my hardrive, but no luck, it wont uninstall!

I hope someone can help me, if not to get Printstudio to work, so to uninstall it.

Im using win10.

Hi @andersGR9U8,

Thank you for posting! I'm not sure what the cause of the issue was but I got the same error message when I launched Print Studio. I uninstalled Print Studio and re-installed the latest version, then the error went away.

What happens when you try to uninstall? Have you tried to uninstall through the control panel of Windows?
