&lt;P&gt;Thank you for posting! I'm not sure what the cause of the issue was but I got the same error message when I launched Print Studio. I uninstalled Print Studio and re-installed &lt;A href="https://support.ember.autodesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/212823998-Install-Print-Studio" target="_self"&gt;the latest version&lt;/A&gt;, then the error went away.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What happens when you try to uninstall? Have you tried to uninstall through the control panel of Windows?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Printstudio print database error</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am using Fusion 360 to create a design which I then take to printstudio to check för errors and then to simplify3d to my 3d printer.&lt;BR /&gt;But now Printstudio won´t open, &amp;nbsp;just gets an error "there was a problem conecting to printdatabase. Clean up printdatabase and open again".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don´t know how to clean printdatabase and haven´t fount anything to help me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried to start Printstudio alone but get the same result!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I went to add remove program and tried to remove from &amp;nbsp;my hardrive, but no luck, it wont uninstall!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I hope someone can help me, if not to get Printstudio to work, so to uninstall it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Im using win10.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anders&lt;/P&gt;</description>
