topic Ipad in Fusion Support Forum

So I have looked for the question and it appears this is basically just a viewer on the Ipad if I am correct.

I myself cant edit my design and I was considering the Ipad Pro for the pencil, but if its a viewer then that is no good to me.

So am I correct, that Fusion 360 at this time, does not run on an Ipad, as it does on the PC?

Yes you are correct, the app is viewer/markup tool. It is not the same as the client that runs on a computer (both mac and PC). We are getting close to a web browser client version, but it still in limited preview at this time. I don't have any further details at this point to share. However, if you're interested in hardware for Fusion, you should probably stick to a computer and not a tablet.

I hope that helps to answer your questions.

Thanks,

Thank you for that reply. I was mostly interested to learn it on the Ipad (while at work) as I have gaps in my days/nights where I could. I mostly have no cell signal throughout my shifts, so while I could not watch tutorials , I could play with some designs offline.

I will keep an eye out then and hope there is something in the future
