Mac version - Fusion hangs every time on quit.

been experienceing this for a week now, everytime i quit Fusion it will hang with the beach ball and i have to force quit. Sometimes it also crashes randomly. Other than that it's behaving normaylly, not sure what to do ...

Thanks for posting! I'm sorry to hear that this issue has popped up on you!

Unfortunately, this is a little difficult to troubleshoot without some more information. Would you be able to send me your diagnostic log files? To collect these, click the "?" in the upper right corner of Fusion and select "Diagnostic Log Files" from the drop down menu as shown below.

This will package up most of what I need to troubleshoot this further into a zip file that can be attached directly to your reply.

Do these hangs occur when you are working with any design in particular? Or does Fusion hang regardless of the design that is open at the time? Are there any particular steps that you are taking that reproduce the crash easily? If so, would you mind sharing those steps? I'm just trying to determine if this is something widespread or if it specific to your machine.

I notice that you had said Fusion will sometimes crash randomly on you. I just did a quick search through our Crash Error Report database on your email address, however I was unable to find any reports submitted from the email address associated with your forum account. Is Fusion generating a crash error report? Or does it simply close without any sort of warning when it crashes?If Fusion is generating the Crash Error Reports when it crashes, would you mind submitting the report? The Crash Error Report contains information about your system that may help me in getting these crashes to stop occurring.

Hi Mike, thx for your help. I've been working in Windows10 the last week where this problem doesn't happen. I attached the Mac diagnostic files. I am experiencig these issues since the last update 'i think', nothing specific to reproduce the issue, it happens on different files and also when i have several files open so no apparent logic to it.

Will work on Mac today and see if it happens again.

Is there anything preemptive i could do like trash pèreferences or sth like that ?

had another couple of hang on quits yesterday, i didn't get the Fusion crashreporter but saved the Apple Diagnostics crash report which is attached.
