topic Dimension tool sets sketch off center . . . in Fusion Support Forum

Using the Fusion 360 book - it says to make a 2-point rectangle and then use dimension to make it 100mm x 50mm - but the dimension tool always puts the sketch off center - although the book shows their sketch centered. Why is this happening?
