&lt;P&gt;If I had to guess this is related to our service outage that we are encountering right now. Pretty much - since you are over 2 weeks since you have last signed in, you need to re-authenticate your login. Since we have an outage going on - there is no way to authenticate the login, hence why you are seeing this outage. Once the outage clears up, please let me know if you are still having this issue and we can troubleshoot further. You can track the health status of Fusion from our Health Dashboard &lt;A href="http://health.autodesk.com" target="_self"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Application crashes when switching to online mode</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When I launched Fusion it came up with a message box that said I had been off-line for more than 2 weeks and that it was going to switch to online mode. It then launched the application and subsequently crashed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried several times and even rebooted my computer; but the same thing happened each time.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What do I need to do to resolve this problem short of uninstalling and reinstalling the application?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Dave&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If I had to guess this is related to our service outage that we are encountering right now. Pretty much - since you are over 2 weeks since you have last signed in, you need to re-authenticate your login.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Dave - do you think it's accurate that you've been offline or have not used F360 for at least 2 weeks? &amp;nbsp;Unfortunately we are in the middle of a service outage, and in order for you to continue using Fusion&amp;nbsp;the application would need the ability to "phone home" and authenticate (which it cannot due when offline due to an outage). &amp;nbsp;Another user reported a similar situation as yours &lt;A href="https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/fusion-360-support/unexpected-outage-error-application-quits/m-p/7256192#M6620" target="_blank"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt;, and do agree that the error message and behavior (instant crash) needs to be fixed.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Brian,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I do remember that at one point when I was last using Fusion it did go off-line while I was using it, but my recollection was that it then went back online before I closed the application. So I was surprised that the message indicated that I been off-line for over 2 weeks. I haven't needed to open Fusion for&amp;nbsp;probably 2 weeks, so that part is probably correct.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If possible it would be nice if there&amp;nbsp; was a&amp;nbsp; message&amp;nbsp; that&amp;nbsp; came up when Fusion crashes that&amp;nbsp; provided some information about&amp;nbsp; what&amp;nbsp; was&amp;nbsp; happening.&amp;nbsp;I thought there could be a service outage, but I didn't know.
