Hi @Anonymous

Thank you for posting.

I'm running on your model but it takes time...

before checking the result, I'm not sure it but I suspect 2 things.

1. The load step

you gave the load step but in your result, you didn't move the steps to the peak load.

2. Contact information

Component 93 doens't have the contact. it's showed "No contact" so I think that's why the part pushed out of space.

Would you mind takting a look at that? In the meantime I will take a look at your model with result and then I will get back to you.

Many thanks,

I have a trouble getting the FEA result I want. I expected the frame to be bent to the same direction of the load. However, stress is very tiny and some parts of the model is pushed out of space. File is attached below.

Hi Ahreum.

I fix the contact for component 93 and I'm still getting similar result. Now, my maximum stress is zero for every load steps. Have you manage to run the simulation yet? I'll attach a file that I made some changes to the previous one.

Hi @Anonymous,

It takes the time to solve with your model, so I created a simple model so that it will be easier to find out what was the issue.

You just use the contact option with all "separation". In that case, During running, the model was separated.

So I changed the contact option to the Bonded, and this is the results.

However, we should consider about an analysis type. Do you want to try a kind of an impact analysis? And see the broken view??

This is a description about the analysis type it will help to understand.
