Thank you. I tried that procedure, but I still can't log in.

By the way, the timestamp on the file name is 3/25 9:48 because it is JST.

I am unable to log in to Fusion and receive the following error message:

Sign in Failure:
There was an error while logging in to Fusion.
Follow this Support Article for possible solutions to this login issue.

My operating system is macOS 15. Fusion was working fine until a few days ago, but I have been unable to log in since yesterday.

I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling Fusion, but the issue persists. However, I can log in via the web and iOS app, so it does not seem to be an account-related problem.

I have attached logs for reference.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!

If the folder delete did not help, just make sure that the time is in sync on the machine (so that we can eliminate that one).

Do you have other Autodesk products installed on this machine?
