&lt;P&gt;Could you clarify what the issue is? Why are you trying to uninstall? To uninstall Fusion 360, please follow the steps described in &lt;A href="https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/fusion-360/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/How-to-do-a-clean-uninstall-of-Autodesk-Fusion-360.html" target="_blank"&gt;this article&lt;/A&gt;. If you are unable to uninstall through the control panel, please go ahead and start deleting files/folders manually.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;To activate a free license, please follow the steps in &lt;A href="https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/fusion-360/learn-explore/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/How-to-activate-start-up-or-educational-licensing-for-Fusion-360.html" target="_blank"&gt;this article&lt;/A&gt; if you haven't done so yet.       <description>&lt;P&gt;this is the third time I have had to install fusion 360 now I cant uninstall it and re install. I did every thing that is asked me to do when I subscribed to the free version but I never got a e mail confirming that I was enrolled in the free version. how do I fix this and what do I need to do.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Thank you for your response! We don't send a confirmation email when a free license is activated. Instead, you can check your license status in the About page that can be found in the top right corner.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
