Fusion360 is hanging up.

I have a file that I stored and now want to modify it. I click on the file, I get the darn circle rotating over the picture but it never stops and never loads. If I now get out of Fusion 360 and then go back in, I still have the endless circle rotating and I cannot loadnany other file.

I am permanently locked out!

Hi Bill,

Welcome to the Fusion Community! Sorry to hear about the difficulties opening a design. Have you tried the below process yet?

Manually select to work offline on the offending computer.
Open the design with the issue from the data panel while in offline mode.
Save a new version of the design while in offline mode.
Go back online and see if the design will sync.

If that doesn't help, can you collect a copy of the diagnostic log files and upload them to this forum discussion?

I may be able to review the log files to learn more about what is happening. Let me know if you have any quesitons.
