Server Verification Warning every time I start Fusion

Every time I open Fusion I get this warning:

If I choose "Trust Anyway" Fusion functions as normal. This only occurs on my desktop, when opening Fusion on my laptop I don't get the warning, both machines are connected to Ethernet, up to date Windows 10. I have performed a clean uninstall following Autodesks guide, performed the recommended firewall and anti virus configuration, flushed dns and this still appears. I've listed below a few things I've found while looking through log files and running the Service Utility Network Test, I also included the Diagnostic Logs. I have no idea what could be causing this problem.

I checked through the logs and found that there is a failed handshake

Pasting the URL in the browser results in this output but I don't know how to interpret this information.

I have been getting the same messages at startup, here is what my network test shows, for comparison:

I had been in touch with one of the fusion reps here on the forum for a week or so for this issue a couple weeks ago, was also seeing the 'we're untanlging some wires' popup come and go every time fusion had been running for 10 or 20 minutes too. Only thing we figured out was that my cable modems (Arris Surboard) firewall would make this happen if it was enabled. Last I was told was that he had to get in touch with engineering to see if they could determine the exact cause and a solution. No contact since then.

I don't know if this is the same cause the original poster is getting, hope this info helps somewhat. My Fusion still works fine, I just have to ignore this message.

Yes - @RajkumarIlanchelian interacted with me in this other thread that I mentioned, it was seen in addition to the 'untangling wires' message popping up after Fusion was started, usually within 10 or 15 minutes:

@Pino_Mod Its possible that the ping from the browser is successful because your proxy/firewall allows it but the same from Fusion may be blocked. Few things to try out:

1. If you disable firewall on this windows machine, does Fusion go through without the certificate error?
2. If you connect to a different network (say your mobile hotspot) does the SSL certificate appear?

1. Disabling the Windows Firewall did not eliminate the certificate error.

2. When I connect to my mobile hotspot the certificate error goes away. I also do not get the "untangling wires" message any more which did appear while on Ethernet. What is strange is that the error also goes away if I connect to my home network but on WiFi instead of Ethernet.

The "failed to receive handshake, SSL/TLS connection failed" which I received before is also obviously gone from the log files.

And the network diagnostic test cleared up as well

@Pino_Mod Logging into your router to see if there are any special permissions for a LAN could help.

@RajkumarIlanchelian I've never changed anything in the router settings. I do not receive the warning on my laptop when connected to Ethernet, so it must somehow be set up differently on my desktop than my laptop.

So far I've tried:

Clear SSL state
Network reset within Windows
Reset all settings in the router
These cmd commands to try and reset as much as I can
- netsh winsock reset
- netsh winsock reset
- netsh int ip reset
- ipconfig /release
- ipconfig /renew
- ipconfig /flushdns
- uninstall and reinstall my network controller (Killer E2500 Gigabit Ethernet Controller)

Nothing has worked. There must be a setting being retained somewhere but I have no idea where.
