&lt;P&gt;That is indicating that we have a service degradation going on. Pretty much - there was a service incident this morning and we are working on fixing some workflows. Right now, it seems like the upload process is being affected. More information can be found (and I recommend subscribing) at the &lt;A href="http://health.autodesk.com" target="_blank"&gt;Heath Dashboard&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;
