One of the guys here has an expire in 6 days warning on the top of the screen. I have added him to our company hub and when I look at the authorized users under our account his name is there. Is there anything that I am missing or forgetting?

Hi @aniffenegger,

Thanks for posting and welcome to the Fusion community!

I'm sorry to hear about this issue! I just did a quick emulation of your account and it looks like you have all of the seats of your subscription assigned out properly. To help me troubleshoot this issue further, I'm going to need a little more information from you.

First, could you have the user seeing the "Term expires in..." message gather the diagnostic log files from their machine? To collect these, click the "?" in the upper right corner and select "Diagnostic Log Files" from the drop down menu. This will package up most of what I should need to see to troubleshoot this in a zip file that can be attached to your reply.

Next, would you be able to have the user seeing the "Term expires in..." message take a screenshot of their "About" dialog? I would like to see what Fusion thinks their entitlement is. To get to the About dialog, click the "?" in the upper right corner and select About from the drop down.

One last thing, would you be able to send me a private message telling me what the user's email address is that is seeing that "Term expires in..." message? To send me a private message click my forum username above my picture to the left to go to my profile. On the right side of the screen there, you should see a link to send me a private message.

Thanks in advance for the information! Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns - I am always happy to lend a hand!

Cheers,

Hi @aniffenegger,

Thanks for getting back to me!

It looks like you may have just made a typo when assigning out that seat. I just sent you a private message with some more information. You mind taking a look and letting me know if that clears things up?

I hope that helps! Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns - I am always happy to lend a hand!
