&lt;P&gt;Looks like you're new to the Fusion 360 forum, so welcome! I looked at your model and there doesn't seem to be any issue. Could you export to a .step file to use in GibbsCAM?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Have you considered toolpathing this part in Fusion 360? This part should be very easy to work with&amp;nbsp;in the CAM environment. If this is interesting to you, there's a&amp;nbsp;lot of great information in the &lt;A href="http://help.autodesk.com/view/fusion360/ENU/?guid=GUID-BEC5DEA9-AC3E-4FA8-998E-4AE8CD0D0B1E" target="_blank"&gt;Fusoin 360 learning content&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;and a &lt;A href="http://cam.autodesk.com/posts/" target="_blank"&gt;selection of post processors&lt;/A&gt; to make sure you can post code that will work with&amp;nbsp;your machine.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Help with my first project</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This is my first project, built everything just the way I liked it, tried to export a iges file for machining and I cant seem to export a good iges file that will import properly into my gibbscam for machining.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could you take a look and see if it was something I did?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Rick&lt;/P&gt;</description>
