      <title>Problems with Support and Learning ... User Progress</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been using the Adoption Portal. I used to be able to track my progress and everything seemed to be fine.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, since a few days ago whenever I go to Profile -&amp;gt; My Progress&amp;nbsp; this is the screen I get.&amp;nbsp; And yes, I am the application owner.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-center" image-alt="UserProgres.png" style="width: 705px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/405386i173AF12C66735DCD/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="UserProgres.png" alt="UserProgres.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;There is no way to track the Progres.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there something with my account or is it a BUG in the system.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Isaac&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I noticed that once I open a subject set that I have viewed it does show the progress bar. However, If at any time when a video finishes and you click on the right arrow on the window below the video (to show progress) it takes me back to the error screen I posted and I cannot return to the previous viewed video.&amp;nbsp; I have to go to the Support &amp;amp; Learning tab and find the video set that I was watching.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
