    <description>&lt;P&gt;1. &amp;nbsp;Do you work in multiple environments (work, home, airport, common network area) &amp;nbsp;your machine or also do you have multiple machines that you work on?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Mainly just from work occasionally from home but always one the same machine&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;2. At this time are none of your saves and uploads working?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I think one has saved but the majority I have tried aren't working&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. Collecting your logs would vertically help us here.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;attached Logs&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4. Reset your router to make sure that the router is not an issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i have tried this but still not worked&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Upload progress not working/ saving</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;fusion doesn't appear to be saving my documents and the upload progress is not moving resulting in losing some work. a blue symbol was showing saying saving delayed but not sure how to continue to work if my work isn't being saved. have checked fusion is all up to date and tried clearing cache data but nothing seems to be working.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Is anyone else having this problem?&amp;nbsp; or had this problem before?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Once you have done this - generate logs for me again please?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Once we have cleared it would be good to also run a reset of Fusion.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;1. Fusion service utility (add/remove programs - Fusion-Modify)&lt;BR /&gt;2. Reset Fusion&lt;BR /&gt;3. Now login agin&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Things to test:&lt;BR /&gt;1. Is save working?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;2. If it is then the next time you hit the save issue immediately capture logs and attach.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;With help from fusion i seem to have resolved this&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;solution seem to be the below&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Close Fusion.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Go to the following path:&lt;/SPAN&gt;​​​​​​​&amp;nbsp;C:\Users\&amp;lt;&lt;I&gt;username&lt;/I&gt;&amp;gt;\AppData\Local\Autodesk\Autodesk Fusion 360\(&lt;I&gt;Lettered folder name&lt;/I&gt;)\W.Login\&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Change the name of F folder (you can add suffix, like F_old).&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Try uploading files one more time in Fusion.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;as well as manual clearing the upload queue by entering the below into type text commands&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Fusion.CancelUploads&lt;/P&gt;</description>
