Welcome to the Fusion 360 community! Thank you for posting about the issue. I'm sure I'm missing something but I was not able to find the page that contains "Quick Tip - Sketch Gems 1" and "Quick Tip - Sketch Gems 3" in Adoption Portal. Could you give me a link to that page?

On the right, click on "Quick Tip - Sketch Gems 1" and you will redirect to "Quick Tip - Sketch Gems 3"
