Construct plane get wrong original point

The original point of sketch created in offset plane which was created by the shaft face had not match Component original point.

I was checked create sketch in some other plane and face and all it's original was match expect this one.

Where am I missing ? or Is it a bug ?

Can you provide more information about what you are seeing? It's hard to figure out from your description. A screencast + the model is the most efficient for us to help you.

Hi @Anonymous,

Thanks for sharing the screencast. The difference is that when you create the offset plane at 1:40 in your video, you are selecting a face to offset from:

In this case, it is the end of the cylinder with the cutout. In this case, Fusion is picking the center of gravity of that planar face as the sketch origin. If you want a different sketch origin, you will have to offset from the origin plane instead.

One thing to point out, however, is that the sketch origin location, in most cases, doesn't matter too much. You can always project a point from the origin into your sketch, and constrain to that.
