How to make a Polygon from Layer 20 or 46 ?

I am trying to make a polygon out of individual lines on layers 20 and (or) 46. These lines are the profile of my PCB. This profile was created in AutoCAD as a DXF file. I cannot seem to make a polygon out of the individual lines. in Fusion 360.

Please attach your model and explain a bit more what you are trying to do. Fusion does not have "layers".

If you do not know how to attach your Fusion 360 model follow these easy steps. Open the model in Fusion 360, select the File menu, then Export and save as a F3D or F3Z file to your hard drive. Then use the Attachments section, of a forum post, to attach it.

Please forgive my ignorance. My only export selections are *.fbrd or *.brd.

Do I simply change the extension after it is saved to the hard drive?

If you have imported your DXF into Fusion and you have followed my instructions, in the Export dialog box you have the option to select a F3D file to your hard drive. Then you would attach this. If you have not placed the DXF in a Fusion model, just attach the DXF. Do not forget to explain what you want do with it.

Attached is the outline of the desired shape of the PCB from the DXF file.

Just a side note.... I imported my DXF directly into the Fusion 360 PCB editor. I'm uncertain if that makes a difference. The DXF in AutoCAD was not a polygon then. I couldn't join the lines in AutoCAD to make a true polygon either.

In the video I explain what happen when you imported your DXF to get multiple sketches. The video will show how to consolidate them into one and create a solid from it. I must remind you that the sketch is not fully constrained or dimensioned as I just put a Fix Constrain on it all to hold it into position. The model I created is attached.
