Welcome to the forum. You probably want to send your log files to Customer Support for Fusion. You may also describe the problem you are having here, and someone might be able to help you.

Thank you for your reply.. I could not get past the screen asking me to go
to my browser for sign in. I tried all the help that was connected to that
problem and nothing worked.
I left trying to access overnight and have connected this morning so I am
hoping my problem has been solved
