'Add to Toolbar' text missing

I just noticed, that when I hover over the arrow on the right side of a command ie. Fillet it does not say 'Add to Toolbar'. Instead it show the description of the command.

I found that if I open a panel and then move my mouse into the dropdown menu from the right it is able to say 'Add to Toolbar', but I disappears when i move between the commands until I move the mouse outside the dropdown menu.

Also, the small square drawn around the arrow is only visible when the mouse is on the egde of a command in a dropdown menu.

All of the above goes for the 'Remove from Toolbar'-cross as well.

I don't know wether this a feature or not, but this video from 2015 shows a design that looks better:

Thanks for reporting this. I've created a report with the development team, internally referenced as FUS-36985. Seems like there is some issue in switching between the feature and add to toolbar tooltip. We'll have a look into.
