Can you try the following:

Hello. I have been working on a 3D printer design in Fusion for just over four months, and am up to version 22. However, I am no longer able to upload the file to the cloud. Oddly, other files of mine are able to upload quickly, while this one has been spinning and spinning for days. I have put a ton of work into this and really don't want to lose my progress. Please advise.

Can you post a copy of the diagnostic log files? That will give us a bit more insight into the nature of the issue.

Option 1 in the below link would be a good one to try.

https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/fusion-360/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Fusion-360-Difficulties-Uploading-Saving-or-Opening.html

Workaround 1: Overwrite Queued Files in Offline Mode

Manually select to work offline on the offending computer.

Open the design with the issue from the data panel while in offline mode.

Save a new version of the design while in offline mode.

Go back online and see if the design will sync.

For information about offline mode, see:
How to work in offline mode in Fusion 360

I hope that helps.

I cleared the cache data, quit fusion and restarted it. From there, I deleted the components that had been imported into the file, and reimported them to reestablish the links. I then followed the first set of steps that you gave me (offline mode, save new version of other file, open main file, make current and re-save), but it didn't work. How should I proceed?

Can you upload a new version of the diagnostic log files? After clearing the local user cache, things may have changed. I may need to escalate to someone in development to review the issue further for other solutions. This would mean a delaying until Monday when there is availability.

I'm not sure how pressing the issue is, but if you use work-around 3, that will remove all of the pending uploading data from the system and should allow the sync process to get back on track with future saves. I want to be clear that pending uploads will not be synced if you use that option, so you may lose that pending version of the design.

If you are online, you can review the previous versions by opening them right from the data panel.

I'm mentioning this in case it may be easier/faster to clear out what is in the current queue and then simply redo the work from the last successful save. Let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks,
