Just applied update 2.0.18719 "Change Parameters" dialog is missing from Modify menu and "S" search!

Hi,

I just did the latested Fusion 360 update and after restarting the program (twice) I can't find the "Change Parameters" command. It doesn't show up under Solid -> Modify nor from the "S" search command. I've always wanted some improvements to that dialog especially a hot key for that "add" button, but I'm severely dead in the water without access to that information.

So I rebooted my computer. Turns out the menu option is only missing for a specific file I worked on last week. New file and other files the menu option is there.

If it's a one off fluke or a corrupt file I can work around this. Relieved it isn't a bigger problem which would seem unlikely.
