Hi,

Design file data is stored in the cloud. You access it by logging into Fusion using your login ID, on any computer that has Fusion installed.

Reinstalling Fusion is one way to fix a missing .dll file. I suggest starting with this article. It has instructions for starting the service utility if Fusion is not running. (hold down ctrl+shift while Fusion starts, until the utility appears).

If that fails, try using Windows Control Panel to uninstall Fusion.

If that doesn't help, there is a link in the Fusion Service Utility article to instructions for a manual uninstall of Fusion, towards the bottom.
