I never heard back. In between times I changed subscription and moved company and my new setup works fine. I don't know if that's because of a fix implemented by Autodesk or because I simply left the problem behind me. Sorry I can't help.

Hi,

I previously posted this in the Team Fusion boards because that's where I discovered the problem. However, search is also broken in Fusion proper so I am posting here in the hope that someone can help me.

When I enter a random search term like, "cheese", or anything I know isn't in my project, I get the result, "0 results found in All Data". However, if I enter a term I know exists like, "KL3", I get the result, "There is no object with ID Community [2017042573366126] present." This is shown above the search entry field as an error message. This happens for any search which I know should show a true result and not limited to particular files.

I first posted about this several months ago with no indication of a solution so far. Any help would be most appreciated.

Nick

Was there a fix for this? I've started getting this error over the past month when trying to search. Makes it very difficult.

Thanks
