Hi @ddovidenko,

Thank you for sharing how to resolve this issue!

I'm not sure why it happened as well before checking the log file. However, As you mentioned it seems that your system prevents something when installing Fusion 360.

Once again, Thank you for sharing the result! It will help everyone

Fixed: Fusion 360 Can't Reach Internet

FIX: Found that closing Fusion 360 and doing a disk cleanup on my C:\ drive fixed the issue. Temporary files are stored in C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Temp and browsing some logs in the diagnostics file it seemed the application was having a hard time accessing that AppData\Local directory. I right clicked on the C:\ drive in File Explorer, selected Properties and clicked the "Disk Cleanup" button. In the Disk Cleanup dialog I just scrolled to the bottom and selected "Temporary files" and clicked "OK" to clean them up. After the process was completed I re-launched Fusion 360 and it worked fine and was able to connect.

Why? I'm not sure, but probably something to do with file permissions in Windows 10 and the AppData folder, but at this point I don't care to find a root cause since it's just a workstation and Fusion 360 isn't my product.

Original Post Below

Not sure if the service is down on Autodesk's side, but services look clean on your health page which indicates it's probably on my side. Fusion 360 hasn't been able to connect in about 24 hours. Obviously all other applications are working normally, no VPN service is being used, no proxy, etc... I tried signing in/out, it crashes on sign-in but works again (in offline mode) after re-launching. Network settings are set to No Proxy, since no proxy is needed. I've tried turning off Windows Firewall, white listing the application, disabling anti-virus, running as administrator, re-installing fusion 360, etc...

OS Is Windows 10 Pro x86_64 latest patches.

Fusion says: "The browser process exits unexpectedly error in Fusion 360"

Job Status is: "You are not connected to the Internet."

I generated a diagnostics file, but I don't really want to attach it to this public board. I have no idea what it contains, but it looks like it may contain relatively sensitive info. Do you have an email or web form that can be used to upload it?
