      <description>&lt;P&gt;I downloaded Fusion 360 and started using it, but when I first turned it off and turned on again, it didn't work. So I redownloaded it but the same thing happened. after I redownloaded it again, I decided I won't turn it off. but now I can't save my works. when I try to save it, it writes "receiving data" but it never changes. can you help me? I don't want to lose all my work. thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;First of all, To save your model,&amp;nbsp;could you export your design?&amp;nbsp; it&amp;nbsp;means the file will save on your machine (not cloud base).&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Are you unable to change to Offline mode? after changing the option to Offline mode, could you try saving (not export)?&lt;/P&gt;
