Crashing when exporting .step-files

So the past 10 days or so I've experienced constant CTD's when trying to export geometries to step files. I've tried with different computers, different files, fresh install of Fusion and more. I get successful exports maybe 2/5 times, the other 3 it just freezes up and sends an error report. This is infuriating to say the least. Any ideas?

Thanks for reporting this and sorry to hear about the problems.

Based upon the error reports, it looks like an issue that is impacting non-English local. The development team is already actively investigating. From the reports its hard to discern whether the local is related to the OS or the Fusion 360 client application. Are you using different language settings for both Fusion and the OS?

I note that you could probably work around the issue by exporting from the Dashboard, see the below link for more information.

Hi and thank you for your reply.

I am indeed using different languages. My OS language is Swedish and Fusion is in English.

I will try the dashboard export instead, though I'm usually exporting from assemblies so it will be slightly cumbersome.

I have the same problem with step file exporting. My OP and Fusion lenguage the same. Approx just 2/5 exported files success.

Hi @tomas_akinis,

Can you expand a bit on what you are seeing as the original issue is a bit older and has been addressed. What happens when the exports fail? Does it freeze the whole computer or does an error message appear? Also, is it just specific files that can reproduce this issue? If so, can you share them with me?

Hi,

Normally i'm exporting step files to desktop and 2 of 5 time only success.

Only the program stops working,

And basically it happens with any single part drawings from my library. Normally program is working good and i don't see any lagging, of-course i'm working on laptop but as i said program work good and no program delays, but when exporting step file program stops working and should downs. My language on program and OP set the sameŪenglish).Graphics parameters set on

performance. Looking for your suggestions/ideas
