Hi, Doogin here. I tried changing web browsers and that did the trick. Was using Firefox but had to switch back to I.E. Thanks so much for the heads up. I also had some trouble getting a

screen shot. Again I think it was Firefox blocking the shot. A message came up that said Firefox was unable to capture screenshot in Private Browsing Mode. Hope this helps and thanks again

New to the sight and have found this to be a great place for advice, So thanks in advance. My issue is video playback in the tutorials in the fusion 360 site.

Some videos will play and some don't. I get a "error loading video source" when trying to watch. The main page videos play fine but when I go to

follow up videos I get the error message. Anybody else having this issue? Would love to be able to watch these tutorials. I'm running Windows 7. I updated my

video card drivers about a month ago.

Hi @Anonymous,

Thank you for posting in the community forum! Could you give me a link to the page that contains the video that doesn't play and attach a screenshot of the error message you are receiving? Also, does it make a difference if you use another web browser?
