Welcome,

I have a problem with Fusion 360 when trying to upload (save) any file into the cloud. The program starts the upload (there is a notification in the Job Status window), but the progress bar of the upload never goes any further then 0. Therefore, I am unable to close the program normally, because a notifiaction pops up that Fusion will close when the files are uploaded, so I have to close Fusion 'manually' by shuting down the process in Task Manager (selecting 'Quit Now' causes Fusion to stop working).

I have tried clearing users cashe and deleting some files according to this topic (Workaround 2 and 3): https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/fusion-360/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Fusion-360-Difficulties-Uploading-Saving-or-Opening.html

It does help with the closing problem, but as soon as I try to save a new file and upload it into the cloud, the same thing happens.

Untill today I had no troubles uploading the files. It is not my connection either (internet speed test says that the speed of upload is as usuall). I have tried creating very simple files (like 43 KB) and it could not upload them aswell.

Any suggestions to how I can resolve the problem?

Hi @Anonymous,

It seems that your file is hanging in the queue and it should be worked when deleting the xml file (workaround3)

Could you collect your log file before deleting setting files? Here is how to do it.

Would you mind following this steps?

Windows OS

Close Fusion 360 In windows explorer browse to %localappdata%\autodesk\web services

Delete the Web service folder

Restart Fusion 360

Mac OS

Close Fusion 360 In Terminal, type the below command and press enter open ~/library/

In the Subsequent Finder window (Macintosh HD > Users > %Profile% > Library), browse to ~/Library/Application Support/Autodesk/Web Services

Delete the Web service folder

Please make a backup file before deleting it and If you launch Fusion, it will ask you to sign in again so please check your ID and Password before deleting.

If it doesn't work, please share your log file.

I look forward to your reply.

Happy New Year!!

Many thanks,

Ahreum.
