Thanks for looking into it. I have already updated to the latest graphics drivers. Did that again this morning. I also did a fresh reinstall today. The most recent crash reports are after both of those things were tried. I have ordered a new video card with more ram. Maybe that will help. I'll know in a couple of days.

Fusion was installed on this computer earlier today. It has been crashing several times a day for about a week. I did the tech support thing, but got the usual, can't reproduce the problem and can't tell what's wrong from the error logs reported. So, I decided to attempt to reinstall. I uninstalled Fusion just fine. When I went to my account and attempted to reinstall, I received this prompt when attempting to download: "Your operating system is not supported. Fusion 360 is supported on 64-bit Windows 7 or newer and 64-bit Mac OS X 10.10 or newer."

My system is:

OS Name Microsoft Windows 10 Pro
Version 10.0.16299 Build 16299
System Model h8-1090t
System Type x64-based PC
System SKU LP032AV#ABA
Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i7 CPU 970 @ 3.20GHz, 3201 Mhz, 6 Core(s), 12 Logical Processor(s)
BIOS Version/Date American Megatrends Inc. 6.16, 9/15/2011
SMBIOS Version 2.5
Installed Physical Memory (RAM) 24.0 GB
Total Physical Memory 24.0 GB
Available Physical Memory 18.5 GB
Total Virtual Memory 48.0 GB
Available Virtual Memory 40.7 GB
Page File Space 24.0 GB

As best I can tell, this computer complies fully with system requirements.

I found the install downloader for Fusion from the previous install on my system and used that to get it installed again.

The crashes continue though. All sorts of simple things cause Fusion to crash. Among them saving files, opening files, using undo/redo, and simple exploded view animations. I honestly cannot remember all the things that I was doing for every one of these crashes. Fusion is very very unstable, I guess. Unfortunate.

Hi @ralarock,

I am sorry to hear about the issue! I had a look at the crash reports you submitted and it seems like they are associated with some known issues. (UP-37329, FUS-36003) The development team is working on these issues right now and hopefully we can release a fix sometime soon.

In the meantime, could you try updating the graphics driver if you haven't done so yet? Also, could you try clean uninstall and re-install to see if that makes a difference?

I apologize for the inconvenience.
