Not receiving verification email for student email

I am a teacher and my class has just started to use 360. Some students have been sent a verification email, which hasn't arrived in their mailbox. Other students have been able to access 360 and never been asked for a verification.

Had some students open an account through their personal email, some have success, others have the same problem.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi @simon_bailey741,

Thank you for posting! Could you ask each student to open Fusion 360 and log in using their own accounts, and hit the "Get verification email"? This way, they should receive a verification email. Also, could you check their spam folder just in case?

Thanks for the reply, I have had students do this and they just don't receive the email. I have checked spam, junk and clutter folders.

Can you offer anther solution.

Could you send me a private message or email with one of the students' email address? (my email address is masanobu.minohara@autodesk.com) We'd like to check if a verification email was sent properly at the back end. Also, just to check, are they all at the same school?
