topic Rendering Gallery Doesn't Load in Fusion 360 in Fusion Support Forum

The rendering gallery only loads a grey window. It does this for both cloud renders and local renders. I tried multiple Fusion 360 restarts, multiple computer restarts, and the same result. On top of this, if I close the Rendering Gallery window there's no way to open it back up until I restart Fusion 360. I'm not sure of any other way to download these renders, so at the moment I can't make any exports. A fix would be great, but I would appreciate a workaround as well in the meantime.

Hi @jordanJM463,

Thank you for posting!

I am sorry to hear you are having this issue. Did this issue happen with all files or a specific file?

If it happened only with a specific file, would you mind sharing a public link to the model? You can post the link in this thread or send it to my PM!

This link details how to share a design file.

Also can you please let me know about your system - cpu, memory, OS, and graphic card with the driver?

You might like to share screenshots of the System window (Windows - Control Panel - System and Security - System) and the Graphics Diagnostic window (Fusion - [?] icon (help menu) - Graphic Diagnostic).

If you have any questions on the above, please let me know - I'm happy to help!

Thanks.

It happens to all models on this computer, I was able to get this working on another computer.

It seems the graphics diagnostics is telling me it's using my integrated intel graphics, although my machine has a discrete GPU. Just messed around with some drivers and am going to restart. I'm going to just post this so I don't have to put this post together again after reboot. Hopefully this will fix things.

OK Fusion sees the discrete graphics but it was a red herring, still having the same issue.

Hi Jordan,

Thank you for sharing the system information.

I apologize for my slow response due to my absence in the office.

Have you try to turn off (uncheck) the "Limit effects to optimize performance" in the Graphics Diagnostic window? - it is located in the bottom of the window.

** Please make sure that the graphic driver in the system has been updated - would you mind sharing your graphics card information?

Please let me know how many monitors are you using at the same time.

If you are using a high resolution monitor, you would please check this article and try the setting.

Hopefully this helps.

If you have any questions, please let me know and I'm happy to help!

Thank you.

Hello, I am having the identical issues. I also have Microsoft Surface - which could be a common problem.

Fusion 360 is recognizing my dedicated graphics card, and I've tried clearing the cache and checking "Limit effects..." without any success.
