      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am running Fusion 360 on Windows 10 x64 and do not see the same issue.&amp;nbsp; I would like for you to try something, the next time you open the tool library dialog panel and move it down as you did in your screencast, drag the entire dialog box down a half inch further and also size it a bit smaller using the top edge of the box.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I can confirm it comes back.&amp;nbsp; So far I haven't pinned down what action does the reset.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Perhaps the dev team can review their window remember/placement code for bugs?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Its in the code that remembers window position.&amp;nbsp; The window position remembering code is obviously offsetting it the amount of the win7 frame top.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
