Cloud Rendering 2 day issues

Hello!

I'm developing a robotics project for my group at school. The 2 days I'm facing problems with rendering. I can not get any feedback from the project.
The photo can demonstrate.

Also if it takes a long time for rendering and nothing happens, something could be happening on the servers?

Sorry you're having this problem. Could you please elaborate on the types of renderings you're doing? Are they Local render or Cloud renders? Have you tried both? Is this happening with all resolutions of renders?

If you could share the file I would happily take a look and see if I can get the file to render on my computer.

Thank you very much for your attention on my situation I will leave the file available below so that you can do a technical analysis.

I've made countless attempts to use the cloud rendering service but there are always glitches I have not found a solution yet. My option was to do some local rendering only "when I do the image capture the only available resolution is as shown in the image below.

I would like to make a presentation of this project but I am afraid of the quality of the images.

Hey @lucasliraAU,

Wow - that design has to rival the highest number of faces I've ever seen in a model. I'm not even able to calculate how many it is, but I did a couple quick tests and there's 409 components in your design and one of the decently complicated ones had 1595 faces itself! That means we could have up to a million faces which is pretty absurd. How patient were you when you added each of the joints in? Must have taken a decent amount of time.

In terms of the rendering, I'm similarly having troubles getting any renders to come out considering the complexity of the part. Since Fusion rendering relies upon a physically based rendering engine, it tries to capture how light will reflect off each of those hundreds of thousands of faces, and that is tripping it up. I'm not sure if we'll be able to get a Cloud or Local rendering to work, but there's two options for you to try. One, you can try and move the slider at the bottom right of the rendering viewport while you're in "In Canvas Render Mode" to the right. Right now it's on Final, but if you move it closer to Infinite the quality should improve. Even with that solution, it will only be able to capture the image of the model with the current screen resolution, so unless you have a high resolution external monitor you're able to plug into, this will still result in a small image.

The next option would be to create pseudo renderings by either taking screenshots in the rendering environment or on our online viewer that you can access by opening the data panel, clicking on the version number and then clicking on Open Details in Web. Here are a couple screen grabs I took just now.

Obviously these aren't great renderings, but they are slightly better than the modeling environment.

I have a message out to a couple of people on our rendering team to see if there's any other tips we'll be able to offer, but I think for now the two workflows I described are going to be your best bet. Thanks for your willingness to help with this rendering job.

Actually after many attempts I believe that this model I built will not be possible a final rendering in the cloud who knows in a future work.
