Hi @entrekin,

Welcome to the Fusion community!

Thank you for posting. I am sorry to hear you are having the issue.

Just to check - if you run Fusion on Windows, can you please launch Fusion as administrator and see if this makes any differences?

To launch as admin, you would right-click on the Fusion icon and choose "Run as administrator".

If this does not help, would you clean-uninstall using the automatic cleaner tool if you have not tried?

The below link guides how to perform the clean-uninstalling and reinstalling of Fusion.

https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/fusion-360/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/How-to-do-an-automatic-Clean-Uninstall-for-Autodesk-Fusion-360.html

Then download a fresh installer by clicking "Download Free Trial"in this link?

For the diagnostic log files, the below web page details how to manually collect the log files:

https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/fusion-360/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/How-to-manually-collect-the-log-files-for-Autodesk-Fusion-360.html

** Note: The log files are located in hidden folders on your system. To access these files and folders, please see these links for Windows and for macOS.

If you have any questions, please let me know.

Thank you.

Loads, Workspace Appears, then POOF

I have used Fusion 360 a few times on this computer, but when I tried earlier this week, I got a message saying that services were being updated. No big deal. However, when I tried again today, I got the same message. That seemed odd to me, so I tried launching it again. After the splash screen finally went away, I saw the main workspace, but it vanished and the whole application disappeared after just a few seconds. I tried again, with the same result. Then I uninstalled the application, rebooted, and reinstalled it. No change. It appears to launch, then disappears.

The workspace comes up just long enough for me to see that I'm logged in, and there are placeholders for the few projects I have, but everything goes away before any graphics other than the basic grid in the workspace appear. I get no error messages, no pop-up windows...nothing. I don't know what to try next. Are there diagnostic files in a directory somewhere that could clue me in (or someone here) as to what the problem is?

Thanks for the response @saito.kh,
I have tried running Fusion 360 as an administrator; it makes no difference. I downloaded and ran the cleaner you recommended, then re-installed Fusion 360. It appeared to install OK, but failed to launch. I tried to launch it again (as administrator), and it did the same thing. I've got the install log file and the runtime log file, and am attaching them to this response. If they don't come through, I can copy and paste them into another message.
Thanks again for your help!

EDIT: The logs didn't attach, so I'm adding them now.
