Fusion 360 and Autodesk Product Purchase

Firstly i apologise if this has been answered - or is in the wrong area.

i have search but not found an answer.

My question is - Is there a purchase option for any of the software by autodesk? i dont want to pay a monthly subscription i just want to own the piece of software then not worry about outgoings?

Purchasing Autodesk applications are now by subscription only. You have to various options as to the time periods of your subscription. Please take a look at these two locations:

The first one is explaining why Autodesk is moving to subscriptions

The second one is the Autodesk Store where you can explore the various subscription options.

You can also contact a local Autodesk Representative and discuss you subscription options. You can find a representative by using this website.
