      <title>Cant get logged in anymore.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Not sure what has happened, but i can login to fusion 360. it keeps asking to verify my account. This account is a few years old and has already been verified via the email link. I was working about 3 or 4 weeks ago, the one day just stopped working. I'm able to login to my account via the web page and i have tried different computers and uninstalling and reinstalling the program. When i put in a support request via the web page i was told to come here for help. Please help.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;Thanks for posting - I am sorry to hear that you are unable to log into Fusion 360. I had a look at your account and it does appear that you have an active Student license.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;Are you receiving any error messages when trying to sign in? Please begin troubleshooting by working through &lt;A href="http://knowledge.autodesk.com/article/Fusion-360-Error-Sign-in-Failure-Due-to-Service-outage" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;FONT color="#3366FF"&gt;the procedure in this article&lt;/FONT&gt; &lt;/A&gt;- this may allow you to access Fusion.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;If this does not work, please try uninstalling Fusion 360 and installing it as an Admin, as described below:&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;Cleanly uninstall Fusion 360 (use &lt;FONT color="#3366FF"&gt;the&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/fusion-360/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/How-to-do-an-automatic-Clean-Uninstall-for-Autodesk-Fusion-360.html#mtc-english" target="_blank"&gt;Fusion 360 uninstaller tool&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;).&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;Disable antivirus software.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;Re-download the Fusion 360 installer from the&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.autodesk.com/products/fusion-360/overview" target="_blank"&gt;website&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;(&lt;I&gt;use the 30 day trial download - once you log in, the version will switch over to the correct licensed version for you subscription&lt;/I&gt;)&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;For Windows users, right click and run the Fusion 360 installer as administrator. For Mac users, run the installer as normal.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I cant get logged in at all. On the website i can login to my account fine. So i know my user name and password are fine. On the fusion 360 software after i enter my username and password i get a Verification Required notice. (not sure why i verified my email years ago) If i hit the get verification button i never get a e-mail. (yes i have make sure its not in my junk email folder). I have uninstalled and reinstalled the software using admin rights and make sure the file was not "Blocked" in windows file properties after i downloaded. No A/V is stopping this or any firewall. I have tried this on a few different computers and all give me the same problem. Seems to me that my problem is on your end. Any other ideas?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If you are using a company email address, it is possible that the email is being blocked before getting to you. Please reach out to your IT department to ensure that the&amp;nbsp;&lt;EM&gt;noreply@mail.accounts.autodesk.com&amp;nbsp;&lt;/EM&gt;email address is whitelisted by the email server to make sure this is not the case.&lt;/P&gt;
