Rendering scene environment not loading

Hello!

I recently encountered a problem with the rendering environments. When i'm in render mode and try to update the scene settings to a new environment, i'm unable to see any changes. For example: i tried loading in the preset "Field" or "Snow field" environment and the lighting on the model changed but the background did not update.

I also tried running a cloud render to see if it would show up there. No success. A colleague of mine also tried it on his machine with no success.

All and any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!

Thanks for posting. I just tried this and I can't seem to replicate this which is strange since both of you can. Perhaps I am missing a step. Does this change not get reflected once you render, or just in the render environment in general? I do note that both of mine update. Can you demonstrate this via a screencast for me?

I am having the exact same issue, mine however started when I tried to load a custom environment, now absolutely nothing works anymore, I can see the scene reflect onto my object, but there is nothing in the background, just a grey background and my model.

I'm pretty new to fusion360 but experienced this behavior too. For me the solution was to change the background from solid color to environment in the scene settings

Ive noticed this as well if I load up an older scene that’s using snow field environment background for rendering...

Fusion can’t find it anymore and it’s not downloadable in the list with others as it used to be ???

whaaaats going on ??

surely some of the standard environments for rendering haven’t been removed in some whacky update... 🙄🙄

I know i'm late, but i just figured out what MY problem was with this.

I was looking at my model upside down so nothing would render since the camera was in the ground plane.
