The way I understand it is it that the constraints only exist on the original drawing so the cloned pieces will move but not with the same constraints as the first part. If you role the timeline back to before the revolve then make the change and roll it forward after it should work properly.

The problem I am getting is when i've created a circular pattern of splines but when I adjust the handles the pattern splines turn into straight lines.

I am assuming this is a bug and not a setting I haven't selected but i'm new to Fusion 360 so might have missed something.

BTW a squircle sketch tool would be a amazingly useful one.

I also have the bug reported here

Hi @Anonymous

Thanks for posting! I found that I was able to reproduce this behavior on my computer and agree that there is a bug at play here. I've logged FUS-38778 with the development team to investigate this behavior - thank you for bringing this to our attention.

I did find that the "straight" lines are actually splines and am unsure of why they are being straightened when the length is changed, but you can work around this problem by using the Mirror command repeatedly as shown below:

I hope this helps! Please let me know if you have any questions.

Hi Paul, i've actually worked out another way of making the shape and have it curvature continuous but it's good to know the error has been logged for fixing.

At least the other type of spline (Control Point Spline) works with the circular patterns.

How about someone fixes the original issue...

this issue is unsolved unitl today.... for example, when moving a circular patern of splines, the splines become straight lines

Just ran into this bug tracing an image using the fit point spline. The spline handle turns into straight lines. Makes a mess when tracing the objet in CAM. Best way to see all these straight lines is to export your file to DXF then load it in a DXF viewer. Please raise the priority on this bug.
