Hi Ahreum,

Thanks for the help. Upon restarting my computer and playing around, the render gallery will open renderings I have recorded, but (after a few hours of work) stopped allowing me to make new renders. Any idea what this is about?

Thanks again

Ryan

Render Gallery Not Working

Hi all,

For some reason in my design when I click on images in the render gallery nothing happens.

Earlier today when I had just a few motion studies rendered, everything was working perfectly. Then I rendered a few more images and all of a sudden the render gallery stopped opening the images when I would click on them.

Further, when I log onto A360, only one image shows up in the renderings (the most recent) one

I've attached a screencast of this: http://autode.sk/2tX69VS

I need these motion studies ASAP for a presentation. This is very frustrating.

Thanks in advance for any help.

Hi @Anonymous,

I'm sorry you are experiencing this issue.

I reproduce this issue so I reported it to the development team (FUS-38942). If I receive any updates, I will get back to you.

After showing up the entire gallery window, then close, it seems to work.
However, If I close the window before loading entirely, it doesn't seem to work when clicking the next image.

Could you try it with this steps? http://autode.sk/2poJ6hr

1. Close Fusion 360 and open with your model.

2. Click the window and wait (In my case it did work, so do not close the window until loading entirely.)

3. Then Close the window.

Is it working?

I think your images are supposed to upload in A360. Could you invite me to your project? Here is how to share your design (my email address is ahreum.ryu@autodesk.com)

I look forward to your reply

Many thanks,
