File Uploading Issue

I know this is a common issue with Fusion 360 and this is not the first time it has happened to me. Last time I resolved the issue by doing a fresh install of Fusion. However this time I would really like to avoid that. I have a number of files I have been working on today and they all reference multiple other files. Fusion is telling me that because of this, I cannot save the files locally as native Fusion files. If I uninstall Fusion now I will lose any files that are not uploaded to A360. Further, I can only make a local backup using iges, step, etc, which will not save the Fusion timeline and this is crucial for me.

Please advise. Thank you!
