Unable to download render image - Javascript error

Okay, this started yesterday and is still happening today. Checked on two separate computers running different OS's in different locations with different projects. So this does indeed appear to be a server-base issue. Have checked on https://health.autodesk.com/ and nothing is flagged there.

Any ideas? Need to get some renders down asap.

Thanks for posting! It sounds like you may be experiencing an issue similar to the discussion in this thread. Is Fusion crashing for you?

Does the issue occur after a clean uninstall and reinstall of Fusion 360?

I also wonder if your logs may give any input on this issue. Please gather your diagnostic log files using this procedure and attach them to this forum thread - I am happy to have a look.

Hey Paul,

Thanks for your replies - just to clarify;

My partner first experienced this issue two days ago, on a Windows 8.1 laptop running latest Fusion version. I immediately checked the same project and another project on my machine, laptop running Windows 7 Pro in a different location and immediately experienced the same issue. There is no 'crash per se - just the Javascript error as per my screenshot attached to my first post. Fusion works as normal. I assumed this rules out a 'broken install' or similar so assumed it was a server issue not flagged or reported.

UPDATE - 5th April 2018 08:30 BST - This appears to be working this morning so all good!

Just wanted to raise the dead on this thread and confirm this solution worked for us. My son is homeschooled and we use Ubuntu 22.04. Using the web version of Fusion 360, the download function has not been working, so this is our solution. He has used Blender and FreeCAD, but I am liking the ease of use Fusion 360 has built in. Would like to see native Linux support (not the 2+hours jumping through hoops installs).
