Appearance issue - normal map and cutout misaligned

Hi everyone!

I have problem with custom made appearance (actually Steel - Satin but with steroids) - normal map and cutout map are misaligned.

Both normal and cutout maps have same size in pixels - 614x614 px.

Both have the same scale in appearance setup:

Tried different Sample sizes. My intent is to have it 13 mm x 13 mm - its actual size of that tile. But tried to set "magical" 25.4 mm x 25.4 mm - the same problem here.

Aaaaand! Despite of all that fine setup I still have this misalignement:

Whats wrong? Is there some "good" or "bad" sample sizes in px and in mm?

Ahh, and should amend that - I cannot for some reason fine-tune sample size (and it's not because of linked transformation enabled - that was enabled after all everything else failed - just to try if it helps with anything).

Fusion simply doesn't allow me to increse or decrease sample size step by step. It allows some rough new value input and that's all.

Moreover, it automagically corrects 13 mm to 12.94 for example.
