I recently moved from a Mac to Windows 10, and this issue is a genuine problem for me. I run at 150% scaling on a 4K monitor (my eyes aren't good enough to read text and see icons at 100%) and the visual quality of Fusion 360 is a real let-down. Lines are so fuzzy that I often struggle to understand how constraints are applied. I've also experimented with those various High DPI settings, and although the "Application" one looks the best for the graphical parts, some of the menus are now messed up in weird ways.

I've noticed a few posts about this issue dating all the way back to 2017. Is there a roadmap item to resolve this? I imagine there must be many, many people on high DPI monitors these days. It also looked perfectly fine on a Mac using the same 4K monitor.

Hi @Anonymous,

Welcome to the Fusion 360 Community!

Disabling the DPI scaling should have worked. I think perhaps the FusionLauncher.exe is the wrong executable however. This just launches Fusion -- it is not the actual executable for Fusion. This is just a guess however. Did you follow the instructions per this guide here? If not, try those out.

Thanks,

I tried to locate the Fusion360.exe file as well - but the "Disable display scaling" property does not exist in my Windows 10 (or at least, Microsoft decided to call it something else):

I am having the same problem that Brian has. I have also used all three "Disable Scaling" options and had the same result-- font appears very large, icons overlap and collide, and long menus such as Sketch and Create do not appear properly (are totally unusable).

As it is, with the normal "out of the box" settings, the program is usable but very low res.
