      <title>Fusion 360 will not go in online mode</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Fusion starts normally in offline mode but when I try to switch to online to gain access to some files it freezes (please see screenshot). When I start the task manager it says running. Please see screenshot and log attached.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Another weird thing happens when I close the frozen Fusion 360 (and I can only close it with Task Manager) and then restart it, it pops up a message about the recovered file from January 2018. I attached the screenshot of that as well.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am unable to launch Fusion from my work Station? Was working fine last night? I JUST renewed my license yesterday&amp;gt; Seems that has something to do with this?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey, I had the same issue yesterday and today... same frozen screen.&amp;nbsp; I did a clean uninstall/reinstall and it seems to be working now.&amp;nbsp; So far so good at least.&amp;nbsp; So that might be something you want to try.&amp;nbsp; Good luck.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks it worked, I downloaded the app for clean uninstall and did an installation after that. I also had to renew the license because right after I went online it gave me "Term Expired" message. Works fine now.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks once again and have a nice weekend, mine just started much better - now that Fusion works again&amp;nbsp;&lt;img id="smileyhappy" class="emoticon emoticon-smileyhappy" src="https://forums.autodesk.com/i/smilies/16x16_smiley-happy.png" alt="Smiley Happy" title="Smiley Happy" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
