      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/15390391"&gt;@cdthawes&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;Our apologies for the experience. Was there a recent windows update that happened on this machine? We have some reports that we did find that windows update caused this issue for Fusion. Either way can you please try the below?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;1. Close Fusion and ensure that no exe is running in the task manager&lt;BR /&gt;2. Restart your machine at this time&lt;BR /&gt;3. Go to add/remove programs&lt;BR /&gt;4. Select Autodesk Fusion - MODIFY&lt;BR /&gt;This will launch the Fusion service utility&lt;BR /&gt;5. Run the Repair Fusion command&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;This should fix the issue you are having. If this does not work please go back to the service utility and run the gather system info. This will generate two zip files. We will need the Fusiondiagnosticslogs.Zip&lt;/P&gt;</description>
