1. In Fusion go to - Help - Support and diagnostics - Fusion service utility
2. Run the repair command here

This will take you to the latest update

Unfortunately the service utility is not working either:

The path exists, but the file full.json does not exist there (or anywhere on my machine)

@infoVPS82 Thanks for the additional information. Here is a way to get this to work.

1. Uninstall Fusion
2. Go to C:\Users\user\AppData\Local\ DELETE folder Autodesk\
3. Delete the fusion launcher shortcut that you use (even if there is one found on the desktop)
4. Now install again
